In residential Hofdijk you rent affordable rooms in a prime location. It lies on the border between the center and Rotterdam Noord. You cycle to the city center in five minutes and walk in a minute to De Biergarten and De Hofbogen, the new ‘place to be’ in Rotterdam with club / stage Bird and various restaurants.

For this assignment it was decided to design a OnePager, because it had to be a simple website. A website where students can quickly and easily find what they are looking for. The colors yellow, black and white are inspired by the building. For the design, different visual elements were chosen. The text is supported by simple icons that everyone can recognize. In addition, self-made photographs of the building were used to show on the website.

The website of Woongebouw Hofdijk is developed by focusing on the needs of the Hofdijk residents. Residents are able to send questions, complaints and repair requests through the website. There is also the possibility to reserve the roof terrace for parties and events, which offers the skyline of Rotterdam.
