We designed Transparant Connect by focusing on the core values of the company, transparancy and building a community. We looked at other competitors in the same branche and at possible points of improvement. The user experience was addressed through a minimalistic and clean design.

Development
After the design approval, we started with the development of TC. The platform was developed with use of WordPress. WP Job Manager made it possible to create listings and to apply for the job offers.
Branding & Marketing
TransparantConnect we decided to create a trusted brand with the colors used in the brand. Te mission is to attract the right target group related to the vacancies which are on the website of TransparantConnect. Besides this we created the transparant business cards and deliveed the social media kickoff package.
